This is a pretty new 5th wheel RV, bought Nov 2020. It has a residential refrigerator and can sleep 8 if you have 2 kids sleep on the bunk. RV is located near Lake Livingston and Lake Conroe.What's includedCleaning supplies: dish soap, carpet cleaner, all purpose cleaner, a dish sponge, paper towels, trash bags, dish towels, toilet paper, and hand soap with a towel..Bedding: 7 pillows, sheets for each bed. If you need blankets though then you will need to supply them.Cooking: pot and pans, plates, bowls, cups, coffee cups, coffee maker, cooking utensils, and silverware.RecommendationsIf you are staying locally then definitely visit the lakes. There are plenty to choose from around here that are relatively close to each other. Lake Livingston, The Beach, and New Braunfels are big hits during the summer months. If your looking for a quiet hill country vacation Fredericksburg Texas is gorgeous year round.Other things to noteNO SMOKING INSIDE!!!Smoking inside makes the RV unappealing to most camper, so we can eliminate it by NOT SMOKING!If it is raining please have the courtesy of taking off your shoes after entering or at least wipe them off. You would not walk around your house with muddy shoes, so I ask that you do the same with the RV.I expect the RV to come back as clean as it was given. It comes with cleaning supplies in it to make sure it comes back clean. If excessive cleaning is required upon return then $100 will be withheld from security deposit.
