Hamish comes with VW’s ‘Highline’ trim and boasts a host of additional cutting edge driving technology including traffic sign recognition, park assist and adaptive cruise control, making it one of the safest as well as the most stylish campervans to drive! The Highline specification also includes DAB radio, Bluetooth and 2 USB charging sockets and 3 pin sockets.
Hamish also comes with an electric rear hinged pop-up roof which houses an extra-long double bed, whilst the second double bed is converted from the rear passenger seats. Offering a versatile living area with the bench seat on runners, the living space or boot space can be extended accordingly. The first-class designer soft furnishings and cabinetry have been likened by our customers to ‘like flying in British Airways Club World.’
'Hamish' has a fully integrated kitchen with sink, open top fridge, two gas hobs and cutlery drawer. The numerous storage cabinets include a hanging rail and lighted vanity mirror unit.
All windows are fitted with blackout blinds to enable a comfortable night’s sleep

Liz, the owner and founder is an experienced camper and lover of the great Scottish outdoors and having travelled and lived around the world, she still hasn’t found anywhere quite as breathtakingly beautiful as Scotland.

<ul><li>All vehicles may only be driven on sealed / bitumen roads.</li></ul>
<ul><li>I acknowledge that Four Seasons Campers reserves the right at any time, at its sole discretion, to restrict vehicle movements in certain areas due to adverse road or weather conditions or any other reasonable cause.</li></ul>
 I agree that during the rental period, I will not and will not allow the vehicle to be: 
<ul><li>Driven otherwise than in a cautious, prudent and normal manner;</li></ul>
<ul><li>Used in a manner which could cause damage;</li></ul>
<ul><li>Driven in a prohibited area or in an area other than the areas indicated by me to Four Seasons Campers;</li></ul>
<ul><li>Driven by a person under the influence of alcohol or drugs or with a blood alcohol level in excess of that permitted by law;</li></ul>
<ul><li>Left with the ignition key in the vehicle while it is unoccupied</li></ul>
<ul><li>Left unoccupied without the cd faceplate removed, steering wheel security lock applied;</li></ul>
<ul><li>Driven by persons:</li></ul> 
o Under the age of 23 years; or who is not authorised by law to drive the vehicle. Particulars of a proposed licensed driver of the vehicle are set out under the heading ‘driver details’ in the motor rental agreement. 
<ul><li>Damaged by:</li></ul> 
o Submersion in water 
o Contact with salt water 
<ul><li>Used for any illegal purpose for any race, rally or contest</li></ul>
<ul><li>Used to tow any vehicle or trailer.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Used to carry passengers or property for hire or reward</li></ul>
<ul><li>Used to carry more persons than is permitted by any relevant authority or detailed in the vehicle manual or on the vehicle or specified in this agreement</li></ul>
<ul><li>Used to carry volatile liquids, gases, explosives or other corrosive or inflammable material</li></ul>
<ul><li>Otherwise used in breach of my obligations under this agreement.</li></ul>
 
Alterations to the vehicle I shall take all reasonable steps to properly maintain the vehicle, including oil checks, water and batteries. 
I acknowledge that Four Seasons Campers will reimburse me for expenditure up to UK £50.00 reasonably incurred in rectifying any mechanical failure to the drivetrain and engine of the vehicle (not including the water system, refrigerator, heating, audio equipment) provided that: 
<ul><li>I produce relevant receipts</li></ul>
<ul><li>I have received the prior consent of Four Seasons Campers</li></ul>
<ul><li>The damage is not due to my fault or my breach of this agreement.</li></ul> 
Subject to the terms of this agreement, I will pay for the cost of repairing or replacing tyres* damaged during the rental period and agree to: 
<ul><li>Contact Four Seasons Campers to notify them of damage to tyre immediately</li></ul>
<ul><li>Await confirmation from Four Seasons Campers re replacement of tyre or tyre repair and location of repair</li></ul>
<ul><li>Replacement of tyre to be the same tyre brand and quality or like for like if the brand is not available</li></ul>
<ul><li>Pay the full costs of repair or replacement directly to the garage or be liable for all costs of replacement</li></ul> 
I will be liable for any costs associated with the incorrect use of fuel (fuel being diesel or petrol.) 
15. Responsibility when accident occurs 
In the event of any accident, loss or damage arising out of the use of the vehicle: 
<ul><li>I will notify Four Seasons Campers immediately of the happening of the event. I will call them but if contact cannot be made then I will email them to notify them of damages and await for a response before leaving the place of the accident</li></ul>
<ul><li>I will obtain the names and addresses of third parties and any witnesses and report the event to the nearest police station</li></ul>
<ul><li>I will not make any admission of liability to other parties; settlement offer or other like offer</li></ul>
<ul><li>I will assist Four Seasons Campers in handling any claim arising from any event, including providing all relevant information and attending court to give evidence</li></ul>
<ul><li>I acknowledge that the excess or other amount due by me in respect of any damage arising from an accident, loss or damage is payable at the time of reporting the event and not at the completion of the rental period.</li></ul>
<ul><li>I will pay for any costs relating to the delivery of a change over vehicle as a result of an accident regardless of which party is at fault. The cost of change over is dependent on the mileage from Four Seasons Campers and time taken to deliver replacement vehicle and is at the discretion of Four Seasons Campers.</li></ul>

Excellent service from booking to drop off. Good clear communications and friendly service. High quality van with everything you need for exploring.
4 days of festival life before some time walking in the Peak District and Lake District.
We chose Four Seasons Campers on a recommendation and would happily recommend to others.
Only 2 comments for consideration;
1. A mallet would be handy for the awning pegs - couldn’t see one in our van
2. Levelling wedges would be a useful addition when not using hard standing pitches
Neither points above spoiled our trip but worth flagging.
A great trip in ‘Hamish’ and looking forward to the next one.

Fantastic experience, cannot rate the company, the staff or the vehicle highly enough, they were all supreb. We went into the experience as an 'experiment' to see if we would enjoy this type of holiday... suffice to say we will be back!Nothing was too much trouble for Liz and the team, even when we had an issue (of our own making) on the trip, Liz cheerfully sorted us out within minutes of contacting them. Hannah was superb from start to finish, sorting out the booking, guiding us through the experience and making sure everything was in order before sending us on our way. Becky was very helpful and cheerful in welcoming us back. But the real star of the show was 'Hamish' - fantastic not only as a mobile hotel, restaurant and cafe, but also as mode of transport - first class service 'Hamish'!

Amazing vans and lovely staff. Really enjoyed our camping holiday with four seasons campers. Found the website really helpful for planning routes, good quick responses when we had questions in advance and no issues throughout the holiday. Would definitely recommend and would use them again!
