Pets Welcome with Approval. Deposit Required. Interior Damage Coverage Strongly Advised. (Pet Damage repair costs over and above the Pet Deposit amount will be subtracted from the security deposit).
No Smoking! Evidence of Smoking will result in an additional charge of $500 (subtracted from security deposit).
Unit Must be returned as clean as it was received. Un Cleaned Units will result in a charge of $125 (subtracted from the cleaning deposit).
Only Verified Drivers Can Sit in the Driver's Seat and of course drive the vehicle. (Evidence of unverified drivers will result in a forfeiture of the security deposit and possible legal action to cover any damage done to the vehicle as a result).
Passengers must be in seatbelts while the vehicle is in motion.
Properly store and stow all items prior to transport ensuring all exterior bins are closed and locked, all counters are clear, and all cabinets and drawers are in the locked/latched position while in transit and overnight.
Renter assumes ALL (100%) liability for any and all injuries or damages that may occur for any reason to property, persons, or animals during Check-out, Rental, & Check-in Period. Owner shall be held harmless regardless of circumstance.

What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

Pick up after 3 PM on the first day of the booking. Drop-off by 1:00 PM on the last day of the booking. For Delivery to Campsites , You must book for a 40 ft RV with 50 AMP Service. Parking or Entrance Fees will be subtracted from the security deposit. Renter must be present for delivery. Delivery time will be arranged at the time of booking.
