Unprofessional in managing rentals

Guests experienced unprepared RVs, uninformative walkthroughs, and hosts yelling about issues, resulting in disputes over charges and conditions.

Easy to drive and reliable

While one guest found it easy to drive and reliable, multiple reviews report the RV was dirty, in disrepair, had a propane leak, filthy fridge with mold, and unreliable hot water.

Guests love it for first-timers

It was our first time driving an RV and the experience was not only fun but very adventurous. My son and I, along with our dog Shelby drove up to Mammoth for the week. We got lucky to see the last snow of the season coming down. Kim was so sweet and helpful, she and her boyfriend gave us their contact info just in case we had any questions. They responded immediately when we needed help turning on the heater once we were parked inside RV park. The actual coach was easy to drive. The rental was fairly priced, since it was an older RV, but everything worked and was very reliable.

The RV was in disrepair and really dirty even though they said they cleaned up. our booking time was set for 12:00 p.m. but they told me they only do 1:00 p.m. pickups which set my whole trip behind. once I came to pick up the RV it still took another 15 minutes for them to be ready for me. propane was leaking when we were trying to run the refrigerator which cost the carbon monoxide warning to go off whenever we had it on so we had to go without a using any of the appliances. also, the RV looks nothing like it does in the photos. it seems like they're trying to renovate it while still renting it out. this definitely put a damper on the whole family trip

Kimberly and Jesse were extremely unprofessional for the entirety of my trip. At the start of the trip, the RV was not ready for pick up at the time we had coordinated and was still being cleaned as I arrived even though I gave them extra time. After expressing this was our first time renting an RV, the walk-through felt intentionally uninformative and basic to the point we felt like they just wanted us on our way. As we started packing our belongings into the RV we noticed ants and dirt/trash pushed under the table when the awning was pushed out. We were looking forward to keeping our food fresh with the fridge/freezer as we had a long trip ahead of us, but it unfortunately was filthy and had black mold. We couldnt use it in that condition and this caused our food spoil. When we informed the host about it they just yelled at us over the phone for not saying anything earlier. For the entire trip the hot water was unreliable and would only work for a few minutes when showering forcing either me or my husband to take a cold shower. Less then two hours upon our planned return, the host said they needed the RV asap as they had another booking one hour before my coordinated drop-off time. This suggested to me that overlapping bookings are normal for them and the sanitation and safety walk throughs they should be performing after every trip are likely not as thorough as they should be. I requested compensation for the inconveniences we underwent as Outdoorsy said to do in the form of calling it even with our mileage overages. After requesting this in person the host said they'd "consider" it and then continued to call and yell at us after we left, blaming us for a propane issue that was out of our control. I am currently undergoing a dispute as the host continued to charge us the overages even though we were not compensated for all we had went through.
