This 2021 Keystone Springdale 1860SS is a compact trailer that does not compromise on space, storage or comfort. Featuring a huge 12' slide for both the dinette and sofa the entire interior space is wide open. We want to provide our renters with an experience that offers simplicity and ease.The Springdale 1860SS is the perfect couples or small family trailer that desire all the comfort and storage of a much larger trailer. With a large slide and storage drawers or cabinets in all available space this trailer is well suited for extended weekends or long cross county trips. This trailer features a dinette, jackknife sofa, main bed with memory foam topper, power awning, 2-way large refrigerator, two burner stove, microwave, air conditioner, bathroom with shower and toilet and vanity, outside shower, and an electric awning with LED patio lights. All this and it is still only 4,221 lbs empty!Family or friends visiting? This trailer would be very comfortable for guests when extra space is needed. Inquire about any special circumstances you may have and we will do our best to accommodate.Messaging us before booking is the best way to help us complete your reservation and booking. There will also be paper towels and toilet paper. please bring your own bedding and bath towels.The trailer will be spotlessly clean, with lined garbage cans and empty water and septic tanks. If you bring the trailer back in the same condition, there will be no charge; otherwise, fees will apply.DOGS or other pets will be considered on a case by case basis. Only pre approved pets will be able to occupy this trailer. You must have a potty trained pet and the animal must not be left unattended in the trainer. Pets will require an additional $250 security deposit.RecommendationsWe will provide a thorough walk through of the trailer, answer all questions, show you how things work and give additional instructions on dumping tanks and operating all appliances. Additionally, we will provide a walk through of all safety and towing instructions at the time of pick up.Other things to noteA supplemental rental agreement will be required to be signed at pickup. Loomis RV Rentals was founded in 2021 by neighbors and friends, Andrew and Travis. It all started as Andrew was shopping for a new RV for personal use. Travis had recently started hosting a guest space on AirBnB and suggested doing the same thing but with RV's. The two found the Outdoorsy platform and decided to jump in, form a company and make it official.
Andrew and Travis both have many years experience with various types and sizes of RV's. They are excited to now share and teach the RV lifestyle they have long enjoyed with others looking to create the same memories.
