The staff in Lorain, OH is outstanding and deserves praise for excellent and personal customer service. Everyone was super helpful and attentive.
Vehicle Condition
The FR3 that I paid a premium to rent, is in a nutshell, junk. It is so loud on the road, cruise control didn't work, ABS light came on, refrigerator and freezer stopped working, and heating/cooling units didn't work.
