1.0I showed up 1/2 hour early to pick up the rental. No one showed up at the time that was set up. Over the next hour and a half I sent multiple tests to the contact and made multiple calls to the support number. I received to replies to the texts and no one picked up at the support number. I had to incur the cost of transportation and flights as a result. Will not use again.

This was my first time renting — and driving — a Class C RV, and it was an incredible experience from start to finish. Tyrone, the host, was fantastic. He provided thorough instructions before the trip and was always available by phone for any questions we had along the way. His communication made me feel confident and supported throughout the journey. I rented the RV to take my grandparents on a summer road trip, and it was the perfect choice. The dual air conditioning units kept the space cool and comfortable in the summer heat, which was a huge plus for traveling with older family members. It was also nice to have the extra appliances on board — they made mealtime and daily routines so much easier, especially for our multigenerational group. The kids had a blast too — the bunkbeds were a hit, and the smart TV with Wi-Fi kept everyone entertained during the ride and at night. We made great memories, and I’ll definitely be renting again — next time for a longer trip!
