What a great trip! The option to pick up and drop off at LAX made everything a breeze. Communication was great and everything went well. Only a few things- the curtains were missing from the 2 main beds so there was a bit of a lack of privacy. The cover for the windshield was also broken but we fixed it with a hair tie. The cab and bed above the cab got pretty warm in the mornings since there weren’t covers for the driver and passenger windows. We also wished there were some basic cleaning supplies (broom, windex, Clorox wipes). Other than that the trip went fantastic!

Our service from Kyle and Zane was outstanding. They were communicative, friendly, and informative. The RV we rented was in immaculate condition, and all systems worked as designed. We will definitely return to Road Shark RV Rentals for our next RV trip.

Our first time renting an RV and they made it so easy. Brought the RV to the house, explained everything and were available via text / phone for any questions that came up. (And there were a lot!) The RV was clean and obviously well taken care of even at 3 years old. Drove very well from LA to Big Sur and back no problems. I really appreciate Road Shark going the extra mile to make sure our family felt safe and had an amazing experience. They even came and picked it up at our house for a small fee. Will definitely use them again. You should too!
