Our Sunseeker has a great floor plan - there is a split queen-bed master (pop out) bedroom with a TV, a kitchen with pilot-free appliances, living room (pop out) with a TV and cherry cabinets, a queen overhead bed with windows, and a great outdoor kitchenette under the awning with a 2nd sink/fridge, TV and a second outdoor shower. The rig is pre-wired for solar panels, has propane run to the kitchenette, lots of stow-away storage, low miles, new tires, new batteries and new water heater.The Triton V10 engine takes regular gas, the unit handling is surprisingly agile on corners and has plenty of power. The rear/side camera system helps with backing up and lane changes.Our unit is also pet friendly - bring Fido, adventures are funner with the fur babies!
What's includedThe unit does come with basics: tablecloth, dishes/utensils/glasses for 6, paper towels, RV toilet paper, basic cookware (no grill-ware or grill is supplied), and there is a Keurig and frother. There are 2 queen sheet sets, a twin set and 6 pillows. We do not stock shower towels unless specifically requested.We make the unit available for pickup at Walmart where you can stock up on supplies. We can deliver it elsewhere agreeable (some folks say that parking lot is a bit crazy busy for their taste).RecommendationsVirginia is just packed with options where you can tuck the RV away in the woods or next to a river or lake and just relax. Anything in the Shenandoah mountains is awesome and we have a KOA guide in the rig as well. Whether your jam is hiking, biking, fishing, or just chilling by the grill to glamp among the pines, our rig is a great way to balance the natural surrounding with creature comforts. Other things to notePets are welcome! This rig is not a festival/tail-gate rig, definitely no-smoking.

Rules and policies
• RVs are a finesse game - make sure your pets and children go easy. Veneer scratches easily, nobody likes knife marks on counter tops, trim can scuff or scratch from shoes/climbing (especially getting into the bunk beds without using the ladder, and scratches on the TV from sleeping with feet toward the TV screen). Externally, trees and other protruding objects can scratch the paint - which is custom to the unit..
• These fixes can become very expensive because we can't always repair/cover vinyl/veneer, use touch-up paint, remove scratches, etc. Then the only fix is a new cabinet, new dinette, new sofa, new TV, new paint job, etc.
• PLEASE BE MINDFUL AND DELICATE to avoid repair costs. Thanks!
