Exceptional communication and support
Nicole and Trey are praised for their excellent communication, accommodating nature (setting up, drop-off, providing generator), and thoughtful touches like welcome baskets and s'mores sticks. They explain operations clearly.
Comfortable, clean, and well-appointed
Guests consistently praise the camper's cleanliness, good condition, and comfort, especially highlighting the comfortable bed/mattress and sturdy stairs. It is well-outfitted, though one guest noted missing kitchen utensils that may require renters to pack their own.
