The interior is a testament to luxury and convenience, with LED lighting, an entertainment system, and a cozy fireplace to gather around.The kitchen is a chef's dream, with solid surface countertops, a stylish tile backsplash, a stainless steel sink with a pull-out sprayer, and stainless steel appliances that include a gas-electric refrigerator, stove with oven, and a convection microwave. Dining in this RV feels like dining in a high-end home.Rest comes easy in this Road Warrior; the bathroom boasts heat and air ducted bath, a bath skylight, and a porcelain toilet, adding a touch of elegance to your daily routine.The “garage” is not just a storage area but a multipurpose space with heat and air duct, a half bath, a rear garage screen for fresh air without the bugs, and a 30-gallon fuel station to keep your toys running. Renter pick-up/drop-off is not offered. Use 'Add-on' dropdown and choose delivery.Set-up/tear down (level on site, connect & disconnect utilities, extend slides/porch, empty black & gray tanks, cleaning, etc.) is an additional $100.If you’re looking to “boondock”, the onboard 5500 Onan gas generator can be operated from inside the RV and provides 45 amps to power two of the three air conditioners simultaneously along with the refrigerator (interior lights feed off battery). If you need to power additional appliances, recommend turning off one of the ACs temporarily. The internal gas tank comes full with 60 gallons that should last about 4 days. Use 'Add-on' dropdown and choose 'Generator Fee' of $300 if there will be no shore power where you're staying.Note: Although a 30-amp shore power campsite can power the RV, it is not ideal in the summer since one AC compressor alone pulls 15 amps, refrigerator (8 amps), and anything else is pushing the limit. The onboard Power Shed system does prevent two AC compressors from operating simultaneously on 30-amp shore power, so manage your cooling expectations during the heat of the day.Ensure that your campsite can accommodate such a large RV!Note: Large patio umbrella w/stand is included. The awnings are not to be used and are inoperable. Frank was super accommodating and the RV was immaculate, fully stocked with the necessities such as cleaning products and clean linens. The RV looked brand new and the drop-off and pick up was hassle free. We will definitely reserve from Frank again in the future because the ease of the transaction couldn’t have been any smoother and made the trip even that more memorable.

William was a very accommodating host from start to finish! The trailer was delivered on time and very clean. AC was cold and the three thermostats all kept the trailer comfy throughout our stay. My family really enjoyed the side porch and eating outside without having to sit on a picnic bench. We opted to rent the table and chairs as well, it fits nicely on the porch. Linens were clean, pillows were soft. I had a few questions during the stay and William responded quickly to help answer them. Overall, we had an awesome stay at Camp Fimfo - Hill Country and would rent this trailer again!
