Remodeled and cozy interior. Quality standard queen size memory foam mattress. Tons of storage inside and out. Set up in a breeze with all automatic controls. Leveling jacks extend and level the unit with a push of a button. The awning extends with a push of a button. Outdoor accessories include a a large out door rug, camping chairs and folding table, two burner outdoor propane stove, and propane red lava rock fire fit. Fully self contained with two air conditioners and furnace. What's includedCamping chairs included. Fresh linens including sheet, blankets, towels and pillows. Fully stocked kitchen. Just pack a bag and bring food and you are all set for a relaxing time. RecommendationsI have traveled extensively with this girl through Nebraska, Iowa, and Colorado exploring many state parks and working remotely in between. Other things to notePets are welcome. My border collie and boxer love to perch on the dash and keep watch on the surroundings! Unit is cleaned fully after each use to remove pet hair and dander. Please no cigarette/tobacco smoking indoors. I ask that you clean up after yourself and put all used linens in a pile. No need to empty any of the tanks as that is handled as part of the rental. Please note since the unit has been remodeled with non-standard equipment, there are only two seats with seatbelts.
