Highly communicative, supportive, and flexible
Ghaleb was praised for responsive communication, accommodating early/late pick-up/drop-off, and offering support, including airport pick-up and guidance on amenities or issues during the trip.
Drives well, struggles uphill
The RV drives well on narrow roads and had no mechanical issues, though it struggles uphill. It comfortably fits families with bunk beds, a fold-out bed, and working AC/heater, fridge. It comes stocked, but some guests bought extra bedding/towels.

2.0This was by far my worst experience renting through outdoorsy. My prior rental broke down so I had to book this RV very last minute. The owner did agree to deliver it to my campsite the same day for a delivery fee of $900. I agreed as this fee covered his time, return rental and wear and tear on the van. Upon arrival he raise the fee to $1100 and threatened not to give me the keys to the RV if I didn't give him an extra $200 for the delivery. During the tour of the RV he showed me several things that were broken or couldn't be used. There are panels missing along the side of the RV leaving the battery exposed, the cooler is broken and can't be used, the sunroof window for the primary bed is broken and can't be used, the glove box is missing. I discovered additional issues while renting such as the screen door not latching so you can't use it, the freezer door falls open every time you use the fridge, the window shade on the door doesn't retract, and the RV hasn't been thoroughly cleaned in a while so there is very little space to put things away (there was a can of beans in the silverware drawer along with lots of crumbs, I found 3-4 partially used paper towel rolls in different cabinets, left over bathroom supplies in the cabinet, trash behind the couches). While returning the RV the owner pointed out three different things he thought I'd broken or lost but the drop off photos showed they were missing/broken upon the start of my rental. He eventually found an item that we didn't have photos for and I ended up paying for repairs to replace a brake panel. Additionally, the owner charged me for mileage overages because the delivery fee which he'd stated covered "wear and tear" on the van didn't include miles so he calculated the miles to include what I drove as well as the delivery miles. If you choose to rent this RV definitely take thorough before/after photos and videos and make sure you check the functionality of each component

5.0Ghaleb was really great to book with. This was our first time booking an RV and probably asked him annoying questions (lol) but he was so communicative and helpful every step of the way. The RV was great - it was myself, my husband and daughter and we had plenty of room. Daughter was obsessed with her loft bed! The AC & heater worked great (we ended up using both)! Fridge kept cold and we were able to stock up. It was the perfect size to drive, even narrow roads down the coast. Plenty of room for our surfboards! Super easy to hook up to our campsites - less than 5 minutes. And he had it fully stocked with every kitchen, bathroom and bedding essentials. Coffee machine, mugs, silverware, toilet paper, paper towels, etc. We did end up buying a few more sheets & blankets bc we wanted to be cozy. But wasn’t necessary. If we do another trip on the west coast, we’re going to book him again! OH! He picked us up from the airport too which was super helpful.

4.0Ghaleb was great to communicate with, extremely responsive when we requested to book, and especially when he was able to accommodate our early and late pick up and drop off times. The RV is as advertised, and was perfect for a couple and a dog for a few nights at the Oregon coast. We brought our own bedding & towels as the sheets/towels in the RV seemed like they’d been sitting a while, we were unsure if they’d been laundered recently. We drove there and back, no mechanical issues whatsoever! We cleaned the interior of the RV prior to returning, Clorox’d the bathroom, kitchen, and fridge, and swept out everything. We also filled the diesel and propane, though the propane was 2/3 full at pickup, and the diesel was 3/4 tank at pick up. Thanks Ghaleb for the RV and excellent communication!
