As you open the door of this beautiful 2019 Gulf Stream BT Cruiser, the electric stairs welcome you at your feet. Look to your bottom right and turn on the entry lights. Adjacent to the light you just turned on, is the water heater switch and battery turn off switch. Step on in and to your immediate left is one of the spacious closets and storage drawers. Next to the closet is the thermostat for cold AC and the warmth of the heater if needed. The BT Cruiser has ceiling ducted vents which cools the entire cabin very nicely. To your right is the control panel for all the goodies this BT has to offer, very efficient and uncomplicated. Your forward gaze will reveal a very modern and beautiful kitchen, it has everything you need and plenty of storage. The door to your left is the bathroom, take a peek - make sure you knock first! The shower is plenty big and and is useful for storage while traveling. Its a great place for your cooler and other larger items. Turn to your right and you will notice an above average size refrigerator/freezer and more closet storage. In front of you now is the luxurious living area. You will notice a tri-fold couch/bed on the left side and a bi-fold on the right. Both in total are equipped with 6 seat belts . This BT Cruiser can sleep four, however is really ideal for 2. Our air mattress and memory foam addition makes for a great sleeping experience. Directly in front is the giant flat screen TV with all hookups in back and with storage on each side. Touch and switch lighting surrounds the cabin for reading or for that perfect mood. The driving cabin is the most forward, the beautiful wood accents and comfy leather cabin seats make an excellent driving experience. The first incident will be your only warning text. each subsequent incident is a $25 garnishment out of your deposit.Due to smell concerns no clean or cooking of fish is allowed in the rig. Plan to cook the fish outside.Vehicle must be returned with same amount of fuel, depth fluids (deisel exhaust fluid), and propane levels as it had at the time the renter receives the vehicle.The vehicle should be returned with the black and gray water tanks completely empty. Violators of this rule will be assessed a $50 dump fee.Drivers may not drink any alcohol within 24 hours of driving the RV. Violators of this rule will forfeit their deposit.Out of an abundance of caution, any adult member of your traveling party should be validated as a driver in the case of emergency. Driving by anyone who is not a validated driver is strictly prohibited and will result in the forfeiture of the deposit. Payment of any charges and outstanding damages will still be due after the forfeiture. All adult drivers must be validated and qualify for the insurance coverage
Felines or Rodents of any kind are prohibited. Owner is allergic. Violators: forfeit their entire deposit and additionally pay the cost of remediation.
