5We really enjoyed our time in David’s RV. He was amazing to work with. Never felt as though we had to figure anything out on our own. Easy to drive and everything works. Good experience overall except for the price of diesel, but happily the price came down during our travels!

2I rented this RV for a 6 day trip and David is trying to add another day as well as file a $200.00 claim against our deposit for late return when he told us to keep the RV until 9am Sunday with no additional cost. When David called Saturday, we were at Holiday Gas station in Eagan on Diffley road filling the tank not visiting a friend as he suggested in his claim. I told him we were 20 minutes from home and would drop the RV off as planned on Saturday night. David made the decision for us to keep it until the morning, get some rest and return the RV by 9am. I had no issues with returning it on Saturday night but, he made the decision for us to keep it. We arrived at 9:08 & can prove that from the receipt for final fill at Kwik trip in Menomonie. There is no valid claim against the deposit because we caused no damages or additional fees due. David is also trying to charge for another night which I also disputed. David assured at drop off the next group was not impacted as long as it was back at 9am. We cleaned the RV and it was returned cleaner than we received it. The black tank was not empty when we received it and the propane was definitely not filled prior to us receiving the unit. We filled over 13 gallons of propane so, no telling when it was filled last because as David mentioned, the gages are broken. In fact, this RV is not safe to drive. David stated at pick up, he knowingly rents it with bad alignment and requires renters to keep the speedometer at 63mph so it doesn't shake as much while driving, the tires are bad due to the need for alignment and the RV is very hard to drive. The roof is leaking, there are several broken interior and exterior pieces that have been taped back together and you told us not to use the generator which is supposed to be included in rental. I think we should be requesting a refund and Outdoorsy should require David to make the RV safe before someone gets injured or worse.
