24 FT lightweight camper. Weighs under 5000 lbs so most trucks should be able to pull it. Has a modern style interior with a queen bed that folds into the wall to create a sofa in it's place. Also has two bunk beds fit for kids or small to average height adults. Kitchen dinette also turns into a small bed as well fit for 1 average size person or two kids. Comes with a full size fridge, microwave oven, kitchen sink, gas stove top, shower and toilet, as well as a small TV with Hdmi connections. RV also features a bluetooth speaker/radio for both inside and outside the RV. Also has a fully operational awning for the front of the RV. It is a convenient and easy unit to drive. What's includedComes with all the necessary tools to park the trailer and hook it up to water, sewage, and electricity. Also comes with wheel chocks and leveling blocks. RecommendationsThere are many beautiful state parks in the area such as Tyler State Park which is an hour and a half away. It features a beautiful lake surrounded by a pine tree forest and multiple full hook up campgrounds with hiking and biking trails as well.Other things to notePlease no smoking or pets in the RV. Please be gentle with the RV doors, floors, walls and furniture as they are not as durable as those found in a regular home. Do not flush anything other than specialized boat/RV toilet paper in the toilet. Make sure to level RV correctly with leveling blocks and front jack BEFORE operating stabilizer jacks to prevent damage to stabilizer jacks. Raise stabilizer jacks completely before operating front jack as well. RV must be level when parked to prevent damage to internal parts. Do NOT use white hose to rinse out sewage hose or to flush black water tank. Use regular hose for these purposes. Be respectful of others around you and do not be loud if you bring your own generator for boondocking.
