PROPANE TANK and FUEL TANK must be return full ($80 FEE for propane ,$4 per gallon FEE for Fuel if not returned filled) The RV must be returned exactly as it was picked up, ANY DAMAGE will be paid by the customer PENALTIES WILL BE TAKEN FROM SECURITY DEPOSIT Smoking: $200 Pet Damage - Urine/feces or scratches etc: $100 + Speeding - vehicle is not to be driven beyond 75 MPH: $25 for every warning Excessive Cleaning - Please wash dishes used, place dirty linen in the shower, and don't leave any urine/ feces on or in the toilet: $150 Late Return - We need light to inspect the vehicle and time to prepare for the next renter, if you return our RV after 3 PM: $200 Dumping - Upon Return, all tanks must be flushed empty in this specific order: 1.Black Water 2. Grey Water 3. Fresh Water: $150 Empty Gas Tank - We rent our RV ready to do with a full tank of gas, please return it the same. If not, it's a charge of $4 per gallon Tolls, tickets or fines of any kind are the responsibility of the renter.
