-Renter responsible for checking lights, hitch, and safety chains before travel.
-Pets cannot be left unattended in the trailer.
-Any pet damage or excessive cleaning will be charged.
-Trailer must be returned in similar condition to pickup.
-Trash removed and dishes cleaned.
-Excessive cleaning may result in additional fees.
-Black and gray tanks must be emptied before return unless dump service is purchased.
-Only RV toilet paper may be used in the toilet
-No wipes, paper towels, or feminine products
-Any damage must be reported immediately.
