Responsive and helpful service
Delivered and set up the trailer, handled breakdown. Proactively informed about known issues, offering refunds. Generally responsive to guest needs.
Excellent towing, amenities need upkeep
Towed exceptionally well and was comfortable inside. One guest noted strong bathroom odor, needed cleaning. Awnings, sensors, and hot water were reported as non-functional (hot water issue was communicated).

5.0We came from the East Coast for a family camping reunion. Ben delivered and set up the trailer and handled the breakdown. All we had to do was enjoy the weather and visit with family. Everything worked fine with the trailer - no mechanical or electrical issues whatsoever.

1.0This Airstream could be a Beauty but definitely needed some cleaning, and the smell from the bathroom was so overpowering even with an air purifier running. I find it very upsetting that Ben would even consider dropping this RV off. My brother who was there for the drop off agreed We didn’t arrive until later that day. We were there for our nieces wedding and it was a hard 4 night stay at 72 years old. The trailer should not be rented out until things are cleaned up. It was not the camping trip that my sister and I thought it could have been. The wedding … beautiful!

4.0Ben was receptive and easy to work with. The listing could have been more accurate; there are basic kitchen essentials, the awnings don’t work and there is no Wi-Fi. However, I’m happy to see the listing has been updated since we rented it. Also, the sensors don’t work which can be a little scary if you can’t move it to dump.
