Review summary

Mixed helpfulness, frequent cancellations

Some renters found Nate helpful and patient. However, he frequently canceled bookings, sometimes on departure day. One renter reported being scammed due to vehicle issues and legal documentation problems.

Significant maintenance and legal issues

While one older review stated the RV was in great shape, a recent review reported several critical problems: 4-year expired tabs, no registration, dead house batteries, full black tank, low fuel, and an inoperative fridge.
