Responsive, offers setup service
Matt consistently provides on-time setup service, including making beds and linens. He quickly responds to issues like propane delivery. While one renter noted preparation concerns, Matt clarified typical RV quirks and the benefits of his delivery service.
Aging camper, mixed condition
This 2016 Coachmen Catalina is ideal for families, offering a bunkhouse and ample space. However, one renter noted significant wear, including dents, missing latches, sewage smell, AC issues, and cracked upholstery. The owner states it's 'well-loved' but safe and functional.

5.0Matt was an excellent host with a camper that fit all of our needs for our trip. While the weather didn’t cooperate, the camper kept us dry and gave us a great space to get out of the rain. Thanks for everything!

5.0Just what we needed for a family of four. The camper worked great. Matt showed up on time and setup everything for us. Even made the beds with fresh linens. Thanks for hosting us. It was a great experience

2.0The host was very concerned about my trailer camping history and experience with trailers. It would lead me to believe that we were renting a new trailer in immaculate condition. This couldn't be further from the facts. This camper was run down and beat up. It showed signs of disregard for maintenance. The first thing that was apparent was the exterior was dented and latches were drilled out and missing on access doors. The exterior speakers had fallen apart behind the grills. When we got to our the campsite to set up, upon opening the door we were met with the putrid smell of sewage. The tank indicator light showed 3/4 full! We had to dump the tanks and ran water through the toilet because it had not been completely evacuated. Mat said he emptied them personally last week. The two propane tanks were empty. The refrigerator took 4 hours to chill while the air conditioner immediately froze up because the condenser coils were filthy (see photos of the filters). Fortunately we had HVAC experience. Water pressure at the camp site was amazing while the shower barely trickled on full. The bunk mattresses were hardened foam that needed replacing, but instead they had egg-crate foam underneath which was full of dead stink bugs. His photos show camping matts in the bunk area which we were counting on, however they were non existent! The upholstery was cracked and dry rotted on the dinette and couch. The kitchen table was so wobbly we didn't dare use it. Don't be fooled by his photo's because they are not representative of the camper I rented. I gave him 2 stars because he did bring me a tank of propane.
