18 ft. long
• Solar panel system + power inverter
• USB-C and Lightning charging outlets
• Propane camp stove + 1lb tank
• Full cooking kit (pots, pans, utensils, basics)
• Fresh water jug
• Bedding, pillows & blankets
• Blackout window covers for privacy
• Apple CarPlay + Bluetooth
• Backup camera
• Surf & gear roof rack
• Two camping chairsOptional Extras
• MaxTrax recovery boards (for sand & soft terrain)
• Surfboard rental available — foamies, perfect for beginnersRecommendationsAnywhere in the PNW, but we especially love the coast — Westport, Ocean Shores, and the Long Beach Peninsula are all fantastic with this van. Closer to home, Chuckanut Drive and the Bellingham area are stunning for a weekend. Throw the boards on the rack, grab coffee in on your way, and find a forest road to sleep on. That's the move. 🤙Other things to noteNo smoking inside the van. 2WD — handles forest roads and beach access well on the BFG all-terrains, but not a true off-road rig. The mattress is just under full size and about 6ft long — our 6ft owner sleeps comfortably with a partner, so couples should be just fine, just cozy! No sink or toilet onboard (shovel included) — Plenty of public bathroom options everywhere, we did it full time for 2 years :)Dog-friendly! We own a dog & clean thoroughly each trip — heads up for allergy sufferers.

5.0We loved our trip! We went to Mt. Rainier and North Cascades. The van was the perfect size. We were intimidated to drive it, but it wasn’t difficult at all, especially with the backup camera. The check engine light came on during our trip and Blake was so helpful and responsive. He literally dropped what he was doing to get the part needed and fix it to get us back on the road as soon as possible. Unexpected mechanical issues are just a part of renting a vehicle. We were very thankful to have someone who was so understanding and helpful when the issue came up! Definitely recommend!

5.0Pick up and drop off were easy, and Blake was very responsive and helpful via the chat. The rig was just what we needed: a comfortable bed, cooking gear, chairs, bug spray, etc. Nicest bedding I've ever had while camping! :) We were facing a wet few days, and having the van meant a comfortable way to get out of the drizzle.

4.0Blake was great and easy to communicate/coordinate with. The Van suited our needs fine. Our trip was a first run of using Outdoorsy and van camping with the goal of figuring out what we might need or want in the future (to own or rent again). Not being able yo stand up in the van and not having attached shade options to extend the covered accessible living space was a little rough but no fault of the van or Blake. Just a detail that affected our enjoyment and experience with Van camping. Outdoorsy as a business could really improve their website and app. It is a real bummer that it pushes you to download a barely functional app. Also, when trying to navigate the search function on the website it was very clunky and frustrating.
