4.0Set up and camper being available was great. Camper was clean but had a lot of wear and tear. We paid almost $300 for damage protection for a camper with obvious upholstery wear/damages, scratches all over the dining table and countertop and scratches on flooring. Required damage protection appears obsessive considering we did not move the camper and the extensive signs of usage. Cozy turtle was polite and professional in communications.

5.0The on-site delivery to Sun Outdoors was excellent. We arrived to the camper completely set-up and ready to go. The camper was clean and well stocked and worked great for our family of five. The host was very quick to respond to any questions. We had a blast and we will definitely book with the Cozy Turtle again. I highly recommend them.
