We hope you'd treat our RV the same way you'd treat your own vehicle. First and foremost, don't do anything illegal or that might get you or someone else hurt. This includes climbing on the roof of the RV. Also, there is a strict no smoking policy that must be adhered to. Dogs are allowed under 50lbs and no cats. If evidence of smoking inside the rental is found, you forfeit your security deposit. If you're towing or driving an RV then you must dump/empty black and grey tank before return, if they are not empty you will be charged an additional fee $250. If propane tank is not refilled upon return an additional fee of $25 will be charged. You should bring the RV back cleaned from your trip or additional fees apply. If you go over your contracted amount, you will be charged per mile. Renters must be 25 years of age or older and hold a valid driver's license. We do not give refunds for early returns. Renters must purchase an insurance coverage option with their reservation.
