Luxury full time living set up. Separate living area so your sofa is not in your kitchen like in most RVs.Large luxurious fifth wheel RV. Has front living layout with large front window to take in views, opposing sofas, 1 theatre style love seat, large kitchen dining area with pantry, large stand up shower, and private master bedroom with cooling queen mattress, 2 closets, built in dresser, under bed storage and private entry door to the outside.I do offer delivery up to 150 miles for a nominal fee which ends up being cheaper than having to purchase the insurance through outdoorsy which can be pricey. No towing headaches for you then. Plus with delivery I will set the RV up for you at the site and ensure everything is functioning before I depart the site. All you have to do is show up and enjoy! :)What's includedFresh linens, pots / pans, dishes, utensils, camping chairs, black stone griddle, small propane grill, marshmallows rosters, corn hole boards and ladder ball. Other things to noteNo smoking inside. RV is large and heavy will require a dually truck for towing.
