Whatever the remediation specialist charges PLUS a service fee of $100 will be assessed out of the security deposit and any remaining balance will be refunded to the renter as long and there are no other overages or damages.

Q.Are there any special tricks and tips that would help with operating the RV easily?
A.
This RV has Lippert Auto levelling System, which makes it an easy setup with the push of a button. Also has an electric Awning so it makes it easy to setup and stow away during High wind alerts.
Q.How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?
A.
Electric: This is a 50 AMP RV to Run both A/Cs in on hot Summer Days. There is an Adapter for 30 AMP (Run ONLY One A/C and 20 AMP (No A/C but has a Ceiling Fan and 2 Exhaust Fans). Water: City Water or Fill the 66 Gallon Fresh Water for Boondocking. Sewer Hook Up: Hoses are Provided. In the Event that you are Boondocking there are 2 Gray Water (82 Gal) and 1 Black Water (50 gal)
Q.How do the Slide outs Work?
A.
There is a Switch in the main panel near the stairs that allows you to control the Hydraulic system. The Slide with the least resistance will move first (opening or closing) Make sure that the path is clear of objects as the Hydraulic System will break anything in its path or the trim on the slide outs. Pay Close attention to the Ceiling Fan and the Couch Slide out while closing up as the Fan Blades will make contact and needs to be lifted over the slide out.
Q.Does this unit have a TV?
A.
Yes, it has 2 TVs one in the Bedroom and the other in the Living Space. There is an electric switch under the Entertainment Center to the left of the Media System. Push the button to Raise the TV from behind the Electric Fireplace. It has a Surround Sound system that Plays DVDs (There are plenty of DVDs provided when you are stuck inside on the Not so Sunny days) Cable and Satellite Capable.
