Responsive and hands-on support
Jose is consistently praised for his quick communication, helpfulness, and seamless delivery/setup. He offers active support for issues during trips. However, multiple automated booking cancellations have occurred.
Spacious, clean, with supply issues
The RV is praised for being clean, roomy, and comfortably accommodating up to 8 people with two bathrooms. However, there's no electric water heater and supplies like kitchenware and linens are inconsistently stocked, contrary to the description.

4.0Super nice trip for husband and I. Jose was really quick to responding for any issues (only a few minor things). Only thing I would have like to have known in advance is there isn’t an electric water heater. Wasn’t an issue since it was only 2 of us but could be an issue if anymore since you have to turn off and on the gas.
