Beach chairs available if wanted. 4 ft folding table and smaller side folding table plus outside carpet included and much more. 3 TVs (1 outside) (2smart TVs). DVD player in living area. All cleaning products also included. 2 slide outs plus large awning. Plenty of storage inside and out. Recommendations30 foot motor home can go just about anywhere. Other things to noteNo smoking inside please. Most pets welcome
