MUST be towed with a 250 or 2500 pick up truck or larger, due to its high clearance and weight of the trailer. Please be sure to have an adjustable hitch to match height of the camper, a weight distribution hitch is recommended. It does not come with one but you may rent one to use for your trip (please see add ons). Absolutely no smoking or vaping of any kind inside the camper or near it. This will result in a $500 fine and your security deposit not being returned. The gray and black water holding tanks must be dumped prior to returning the camper. If the tanks are not dumped there will be a dumping fee of $200. It is okay to leave fresh water in the fresh water holding tank. • Please be sure to fill the camper with clean, potable water as we like to keep our tanks and water lines in good condition. If you would like us to fill the camper you may add that on. 2 full 30lb propane tanks are provided for your convenience. Propane must come back full, or you will be charged a propane fill up fee of $65 per bottle. Please only use the awning when occupying the camper, do not leave open during high winds. • Do not use the awning when grilling or having a campfire This travel trailer may not be driven on the Dalton Highway or anywhere outside of the state of Alaska. Please treat this camper as if it were your own and return it the way you found it.
