• Primary renter must be 25 years or older • Valid driver’s license required. • Only approved drivers listed on the agreement may operate the RV. • No off-roading or driving on unpaved/forest service roads. • No travel to restricted areas (e.g., Mexico, Burning Man, or festivals) • No smoking or vaping inside the RV (odor removal fee applies). • Pets allowed only with prior approval (pet fee may apply). • RV must be returned in the same condition as pickup. • Dishes washed, trash removed, and spills cleaned. • Holding tanks emptied before return (or dump fee applies). • Return with the same fuel level as pickup. • Propane refilled if used (or refill fee applies). • No climbing on the roof. • Awning must be retracted in windy conditions or when unattended. • Do not exceed weight limits or towing capacity (if applicable). • Report any issues, damage, or warning lights immediately. • No tailgating on the roof or towing without approval. • No illegal activities. • No sub-renting. • Security deposit will be used for damages, excessive cleaning, or Policy violations. • Late return fees apply unless approved in advance. • Pickup and return times must be honored unless arranged beforehand. • Renter will receive a walkthrough and must sign condition report at pickup.
