Delivery, setup and pickup of the trailer. For use Riverside county, Orange County, San Diego county and Camp Pendleton. Sleeps up to 8 inside. Master bedroom has a queen bed, couch folds out into a double bed, kitchen table converts into a double bed, 2 single bunk beds in the rear of the trailer. Kitchen has a double sink with a new pullout faucet, kitchen stove is propane with 3 burners on top and an oven below, kitchen also has a refrigerator which was serviced last year. Also has a new exterior propane grill for your use and a new hot water heater. The bathroom has a new toilet, bathtub was recently repaired. The inside also has numerous new window blinds, also the air conditioning was recently serviced. The exterior of the trailer includes a new awning, 4 new tires, and leveling jacks.
Delivery and set up by me for $180 in San Diego county, extra delivery charge for further distance after that.What's includedDue to the current COVID 19 situation now we do not supply any linens or towels. We do include cooking and eating utensils and glasses. Also includes 4 beach chairs.RecommendationsIt is strictly delivery, setup, and pickup by me only for $200 in San Diego county, more for further locations.Other things to noteI will not put up the awning if it is forecasted to be windy.
