• No Burning Man, Black Rock City, Black Rock Desert, or any playa or dry lake bed • No multi-day desert dust events • No travel into Mexico or Baja. • No unpaved roads, 4x4 trails, sand, or beach driving • Renter must declare the destination and campground in writing before pickup • Driver must be the verified renter; additional drivers approved in advance • Occupancy limited to seatbelt count while moving • No subletting, re-renting, or transferring the booking • No commercial, film, or photo-shoot use without written approval • Do not walk on or access the roof for any reason • No modifications or additions to the electrical system; no bringing aboard generators, inverters, or additional batteries • No high-draw appliances (space heaters, hair dryers, air fryers, portable A/C) • Guest acknowledges A/C and microwave need shore power or generator • Awnings retracted when unattended or in wind; both awnings, guest-responsible • Height clearance acknowledgment of 12'. • Slide-out fully retracted before moving • No towing without approval • No drilling, adhesives, hooks, or aftermarket additions • No smoking, vaping, or cannabis inside or in the bays • Pets allowed, crated when unattended, off furniture and beds • Black and gray tanks emptied, or dump fee • Fuel and propane returned at pickup level, or refill at cost plus service fee • Trash removed, interior broom-clean • Late return fee per hour after the grace window
