They made the entire process incredibly easy, smooth, and stress-free. The trailer itself was spotless and very well maintained-clearly cared for with attention to detail. Everything was clean, organized, and exactly as described. It was ready to go in timely fashion, which made the delivery and pick up super convenient. What really stood out was the friendliness of the owners. They were welcoming, helpful and genuinely wanted to make sure everything went well with our stay. It's rare to find that kind of customer service these days. We'll definitely be renting this trailer again in the future. I highly recommend this to anyone looking for a clean, reliable rental with great owners behind it!

5.0We had an excellent trip, due in part to our Super Host, James. His RV was in excellent shape and spotless. He delivered his RV right on time and completed the set-up and checkoff list within 30 minutes. We were very comfortable, and we enjoyed the inside electric fireplace with our morning coffee. His RV set-up was turn-key and all we needed to supply was our food and beverages for this trip. We will definitely be using James RV again in the near future and thank him again for his excellent customer service and care. Thanks James!!!!
