Melli the Motorhome is a 31 foot 2008 Tioga Fleetwood. Comfortably sleeps 5. Family friendly. Great for the beach to the mountains and everything in between. Melli is capable of dry camping or full hook ups. Fully furnished. We sterilize and clean the whole RV every time it’s used to ensure everyone’s safety.What's includedMelli is fully equipped with all kitchen supplies, pots/pans, silverware, coffee maker, etc. All the beds (including the pull-out sofa) come complete with linens and pillows plus a few extra blankets to use as needed. Towels, shampoo/conditioner, toilet paper, and paper towels are all provided. For outdoor lounging there are camping chairs, marshmallow sticks, pull-out awning, even an outdoor shower for those feeling adventurous. If you’re stuck indoors on a rainy day we have a TV with DVDs and some board games.Other things to noteBelow are highlighted a few rules to ensure that things remain in good condition so all guests can have a great experience. • Renters will have to complete RV Rental Contract before pick up of RV
• No smoking, cooking fish, or malodorous food in the RV. Will result in forfeiture of part, or all, of your entire deposit for deep cleaning
• No climbing on the roof, no exceptions. You will be held responsible for damages to the roof and forfeit your deposit if you or any of your party are on the roof
• 30V amperage for electrical hookups
• Black and grey tank must be dumped and empty prior to returning the RV. If not, there will be a $150 charge if tanks are not returned empty
• Upon departure the gas tank will be full please return the RV with a full tank. If RV needs to be refueled you will be charged market rate plus $1 per gallon of gas and a $25 inconvenience fee
• You must have damage protection and insurance through outdoorsy to rent the RV
• Renter is responsible for all damages incurred during use that exceed deposit and/or insurance premium limits
• 100 miles per rental day included $0.75 per mile after that
• Pick up and return can be discussed and arranged to accommodate both parties
• Please empty all trash and clean any dishes prior to returning RV. If trash and dishes are not cleaned there will be a $45 inconvenience fee
