• No smoking or vaping inside the camper.
• No pets unless specifically approved in writing before booking.
• Please do not climb on the roof.
• The awning must be retracted during high winds or storms, whenever you leave the campsite, and overnight if inclement weather is expected.
• Only RV-safe toilet paper may be flushed. Do not flush wipes, feminine products, paper towels, or other items.
• Please monitor the holding-tank levels during your stay. If a tank approaches full, contact us before continuing to use it.
• $100 Dump/Service Fee: If the holding tanks require an additional dump or service during or after the rental due to excessive use, improper use, or failure to follow the provided tank instructions, a $100 fee may apply.
• Do not attempt to move, level, jack up, repair, or make mechanical adjustments to the camper.
• Please do not modify, disconnect, remove, or tamper with the Starlink/Wi-Fi equipment.
• Children must be supervised around camper equipment, controls, the awning, and outdoor kitchen.
• Please leave the camper reasonably clean and dispose of all trash before departure. Excessive cleaning may result in a $100 cleaning fee.
