The Cub is an amazing fully renovated hybrid camper with everything you need to enjoy the outdoors. Clean, modern, comfortable, cozy, versatile. Tows easily. Front end opens to a Queen bed, rear opens to a Full. The dinette converts into a Queen and theres an additional bottom bunk in the hallway. Sleeps up to 7 depending on how many of those are children. New organic latex cushions and beds. So comfortable! New toilet, sink, fixtures, shower. Plenty of storage. This is our personal camper for our family of 4 and we love it!What's includedComes with refrigerator/freezer, gas stovetop, drinking water filter, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, RV toilet paper (regular toilet paper will clog tanks), camping chairs, large outdoor mat, board games, pillows, linens (bath towels, hand/dish towels, sheets, pillow cases, lightweight blankets), small air filter/white noise machine, small camping stove, cooking basics (salt, pepper, oil), cooking pan and utensils, wine and can opener, and stainless steel kitchenware. Prep fee includes propane. Delivery/pick up fee includes dumping of tanks. Otherwise dumping is the renter's responsibility, we will provide clear instructions. Dumping fee is $100 upon return if not emptied. Renters are responsible for disposing of all trash, washing dishes and leaving towels and linens in a pile for washing. Other things to noteNo pets, absolutely no smoking (evidence of smoking will surrender deposit). RV toilet paper ONLY in toilet. 20 amp will power everything except AC. AC will require 30 amp. Prep fee includes propane. Must have owner permission to use awning unless owner sets it up and takes it down. Delivery/pick up fee includes dumping of tanks. Otherwise dumping is the renter's responsibility, we will provide clear instructions. Dumping fee is $100 upon return if not emptied.
