2016 MPG 3100BH. This is a bunkhouse travel trailer, which has two separate sleeping rooms, great for kids to have their own place. The bunkhouse has its own television set.Outdoor kitchen with mini fridge and outdoor cook top with a BBQ that hooks up to the propane tanks attached to the trailer. Outdoor speakers, with awning. Front cap LED lights and LED patio lights. Come with a well stocked kitchen and the basics.Two full propane tanks and I can fill the trailer with water if wanted, but not recommended. The trailer comes with a weight distribution hitch and sway bars. Can easily sleep 6, but is capable of sleeping 10.**Delivery Available Upon Request FOR A FEE TO BE Determined**When returned, the trailer will need to have the following done:Full Propane Tanks: $50 if not returned fullEmpty Gray Water and Black Water Tanks: $100 if not returned emptyClean Interior, dishes clean and empty vacuum cleaner: up to a $250 cleaning fee if not returned clean.**Pets allowed for an additional $10 per pet, per day. There will be an additional $250 pet deposit on top of the damage deposit, that will be refunded if trailer is returned and cannot tell there was a pet in the trailer.
