This trailer is 26 feet long -overall 30' with tongue. It sleeps 4 very comfortably and has a rear bathroom with a shower my 6'2" husband can stand up in. With 2 slide outs It works well for those who need their space. Plenty of storage for everything you could possibly need for your vacation. It comes with a bounty of cupboards and even a full size pantry and a large pass through in the nose for anything you don't want to put inside ( like fishing rods and crab traps). The awning is a stunning 20' long and fully electric. The kitchen comes with an island, a microwave oven over the stove/oven, plenty of space to cook with a large sink for clean up. The bedroom has a queen size bed with standard storage below it. It has 2 closets, overhead storage, two small drawers plus storage at the head of the bed on either side for books, clocks, phones etc. with plugs ins and USB jacks throughout the unit. All of the windows come with screens and blackout blinds except the kitchen window which has a mini blind. The smoke detector works great- I use it as a timer.
It comes with a 50" TV, a radio/CD player with outdoor speakers, an electric fireplace that doubles as a space heater in need, a fold out double size sofa bed and a dinette with 4 chairs. Lots and lots of storage, A/C and propane heat. This RV has the Artic package-great for vacationing in the colder parts of the states.
There is an outside kitchen with a sink, gas stove and a small refrigerator and it sits below the awning so you don't get wet cooking outside!
Dry weight is 6178lbs with 1322lbs payload capacity so Gvwr of 7500lbs. There are front and rear power stabilizer jacks and a power tongue jack- easy to use.
It comes with a 43gal fresh water holding tank, 2-30gal grey water tanks and a 30 gal black water tank,2 propane tanks and 2 grp 24 batteries.
This trailer is always thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before each use with sheets and towels laundered after each trip.

We usually go to the coast and let our dog run on the beach making new friends. It is great during the hot months of the year to get out and away from the city and enjoy the ocean air and the beautiful sunsets on the Oregon and Washington coasts.
