We’ll pull the trailer to and set the camper up at any campground within 45 miles of our home. (Guests are not allowed to tow the trailer)

I love all things outdoors, particularly gardening, camping and hiking in nature. I’m married to Alan and together we have 4 children, 7 grandchildren, 1 great-grand, 3 horses, 3 dogs and 9 chickens. Life in the country is grand and we wouldn’t have it any other way! When not camping, we also enjoy spending time with our children and grandchildren at our family cabin.

• Do not flush tampons, paper towels or any other products besides the provided RV toilet tissue
• Close bathroom vent fan after use. Failure to do so could result in a leak if it rains and costly repairs
• Leave stove glass top in the up position until cooktop is completely cool to the touch to avoid damage to glass.
• Monitor water tank levels throughout your stay and advise host if tanks are nearing full. There will be a $75 charge for dumping if an extra trip is required for host to empty tanks. Extended stay guests and guests with large numbers of people in their parties are advised to use the camp provided bath house for showering to avoid the extra dump charge.
• Wipe up spills immediately to protect surfaces from staining, resulting in an extra charge for cleaning or replacement.
• Use provided supplies reasonably, please.
• Do not move slide out from the extended position. This is a host only responsibility, as damage to the slider motor or floor may occur with improper use.
• Awning must be retracted if wind is above 10 MPH to avoid damage & costly awning replacement charge.
• Do not adjust undercarriage jacks or tongue jack. This is a host only responsibility, as damage may occur to jack motors.
• Do not allow children to play on or near the tongue of the trailer for safely.
• Keep undercarriage and outdoor kitchen locked at all times when not in use to avoid costly theft. Gray key only
