R V Canada RENTALS during WINTER OUR RENTAL UNITS WILL BE WINTERIZED AS OF OCT. 15TH.
WHEN RENTING A UNIT FOR THE PERIOD OF OCT. 15TH TO APRIL 1ST ALL UNITS WILL HAVE ALL PLUMBING INCLUDING SINKS, SHOWER AND WASHROOM FACILITIES WINTERIZED. THIS MEANS THAT IF YOU TRAVEL IN CANADA OR THE NORTHERN USA THESE FACILITIES WILL NOT BE OPERATIONAL. IF YOU TRAVEL SOUTH OF WASHINGTON YOU MAY HAVE THE UNIT DE-WINTERIZED AT YOUR EXPENSE. ON YOUR RETURN TRIP YOU MUST HAVE THE UNIT WINTERIZED AT YOUR EXPENSE BEFORE TRAVELLING NORTH OF WASHINGTON. ANY DAMAGE CAUSED BY A FAILURE TO RE-WINTERIZE THE RENTAL UNIT WILL CHARGED AGAINST YOUR SECURITY DEPOSIT $5000.
