If an accident occurs, you are responsible for obtaining a police report, contacting the other party’s insurance company, and contacting us immediately. At checkout, Coyote RV Rentals will estimate the damage, if any, and expedite the cleaning and/or repair.Cleaning Policy You are required to do a basic clean up at the end of your stay (including dumping the tanks). The RV must be returned without damage and the inside must be clean prior to check out. Failure to return without damage and/or in an unclean state will result in additional charges that may be deducted from the Security Deposit and, if necessary, additional charges may be made to your credit card. Our fee to dump tanks is $100. The fee to do a standard cleaning (if the RV is not returned cleaned) is $120. Excessive cleaning will require additional charges.

5I always have the best experience with coyote rentals. No complaints that's why I use you guys year after year you're the best. Only thing is I can never use the TVs I don't know what connections I need to make it work other than that you guys are the GREATEST.

1I was dissapointed, As a retired disabled veteran who proudly served in the armed forces.. I do not reccommend this company very unproffessional...First unit was delivered by noon with a ant problem and declined and was supposed to be replaced with a different unit wich was supposed to arrive by 3pm / drove all the way from San Diego for a weekend family gathering {8-11-23- 8-13-23)had too wait till 4pm to receive the unit, Owner was out of town at the time..tried reaching out him with no luck ( my number was blocked ) until the delivery driver reached out to him directly about the issues.then he calls me and unblocks me ...uuuuuummm....i mentioned to him and his delivery people about the situation at hand about my dissability and refridgeration concerns ..Mr Ortega, stated due to Lake Casitas gate hours he could not deliver the 3rd trailer until the morning after we spent some time unloading and setting up wife was fed up did not want to go thru this again ... after a minor discussion he offered me a full refund and was going to pick up the trailer the next day after Lake Casitas opened in the morning.. Way to go Coyote Rv rentals then what for the next 2 days for the amount of money Coyote Rv rental charges you would think everything would be okay...I spent most of my first day and evening talking to his delivery driver and Mr Ortega trying to resolve this preventable issue when I should have been with the family having a good time.. But I will say his delivery people ( Doug and Christina) nice employees were very sorry for what had transpired and ended up going out of their way too bring me their personal mini refrigerator and cooler from home full of ice for my family needs, thank you Doug and Christina..we appreciate it Mr Ortega all I ask is that you make this right..
