Brand new as of 6/18/2021. Ultra-light and easy to tow. More importantly, its a sizeable trailer. Weight is just under 4000 lbs. Walk around queen-sized bed up front so you won't be climbing over people like you would on a smaller-sized trailers that have the bed up against a wall. Kids (or lighter adults) will love the private space in the full-sized bunks in the back. Both sleeping areas have curtains that provide more privacy. Dinette will convert to another sleeping space which would be great for another kid. Sleeps 5 people comfortably.Ultra-light yet super spacious. Weight is 3900 lbs. Depending on passengers and cargo, most vehicles with a 5000 pound towing capacity should be able to tow this trailer. You will need a tow package on your vehicle that includes a trailer brake controller, 2 5/16” receiver and 7 way plug. CO State law requires one when towing a trailer over 3000 pounds.If you do not have a brake controller but have a vehicle with hitch/plug connection - reach out and we can discuss. I will not let this go without confirming tow vehicle has a functional brake controller.When you inquire about the trailer, please include your age, destination (campground reserved and type of hook ups), number in your party and details on the tow vehicle. Please also contact me if unsure of your vehicle's towing capacity.Renter will be responsible for emptying black and grey holding tanks. All needed hoses and equipment are included, as well as directions, disposable gloves, and sanitizer. Rentals that return with non-empty tanks will incur a $75 dump fee. This fee covers my cost to access a dump station plus the time involved in dump the tanks.If you plan on dry camping (no hook ups), you will not have access to the microwave or AC. What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

The ideal pick up/drop off location would be near Reuter Hess Reservoir. Trailer is stored about 10 miles east of Parker. Trailer can also be picked up/dropped off midweek during regular business hours near Dove Valley.
