5The RV host Chuck was absolutely amazing. They had amazing communication and walked through every detail of the RV. It was clean and fully set up for our road trip adventure! Any questions we had at any time of the day they were available and answered them without any hesitation. Every thing within the RV was clean we had all of the supplies we needed plus their communication and flexibility we couldn’t have asked for anything more and will 100% be renting from them again for our next adventure.

5We rented Bertha for a bike trip across Kansas and had a great time. Plenty of room to store snacks, the fridge worked great and the beds were comfy. Used the shower for storage/3rd bike transport so don’t have any feedback about that. Chuck was helpful and available whenever we had questions. All in all a good experience.

5We rented Bertha for a family vacation to Mount Rushmore and the Badlands National Park! Chuck and his wife were great in their communication and provided us with a thorough overview of the RV and how to operate it. They were available as needed throughout our trip for any questions we had. This was my first time driving an RV and it all went really smoothly. We hope to use Bertha again in the future for another adventure!
