Come stay in our clean 2013 StarCraft AR-ONE Extreme 15RB travel trailer! We thoroughly clean and sanitize our trailer after every use to ensure cleanliness.Our extreme edition has an extra 5” of clearance which makes it easier to take out and about.If your vehicle has a tow rating of 4000 lbs, you should be able to tow this trailer.Sleeps 5 with a double bed in the pop out, a convertible dinette bed and the convertible sofa next to the dinette.Kitchen has a fridge with a small freezer, microwave and a 2 burner stove top.Bathroom has a toilet and shower with a skylight for extra head space.Dual 30lb propane tanks and dual 80ah deep cell batteries mean you can go longer without power hookups! (must return propane tanks full or 35 dollar refill fee plus the cost of propane will be charged)What's includedTowels, toilet paper, sheets & outdoor rug. Renter needs to provide all other bedding.Kitchen is fully stocked with basic needs.General cleaning items can be found in the lower cabinet by the pop-out
Other things to noteDog Friendly! With additional fee. Owners however are severely allergic to cats so no cats allowed.Absolutely no smoking (cigars, cigarettes, marijuana, etc.) in or around the trailer.No candles, incense or fires inside the trailer.No bacon cooked inside the trailer. If bacon is cooked inside the trailer, an additional cleaning charge will be applied.Propane and propane appliances must be turned off when being towed.Please clean the trailer after your trip including emptying & flushing tanks in dump stations, wiping down dinette, counter tops, sink, stove, toilet, shower and sweep the inside.Please remove all personal items and leave the provided items where you found them.Please place the shower head in the tub when towing.Please no passengers, human or animal, in the trailer when towing.Please make sure that AC is only running when you are inside the trailer with all windows and doors closed.Please only use the provided RV toilet paper. Do not flush wipes, period products, diapers or traditional toilet paper.
