Returns are due from 8am until noon, at 12:01 you are late and may incurr a late fee. Pick up is from 3pm until 5pm at 5:01 you are late and may incurr a late fee. Delivery is from noon until 3Pm. the renter must be present at time of delivery, no first come first serve RV slots will be delivered to. Rv slot reservation confirmation email must be forwarded to owner at least two days before delivery is due. Alternatives are available with prior approoval. This is a non-smoking unit. Evidence of pets will result in a $100 fee. Tire damage is the responsibility of the renter, if the renter believes it is due to neglience, the tire must be brought back for professional evaluation. Reimbursement is based on that result. If there is a mechanical failure or problem requiring roadside assistance, renter should call roadside assistance number provided by insurer and alert owner immediately. RENTER SHALL NOT ATTEMPT TO MAKE REPAIRS. Out of pocket expense for repairs required and which are not covered by insurance or roadside assistance will be reimbursed by owner upon return of vehicle as long as the owner is made aware prior to such repairs and receipts are provided. Due to smell concerns no cleaning or cooking of fish is allowed in the rig. Plan to cook the fish outside. Evidence of cleaning or cooking of fish inside the rig will result in a $100 fee.
