This camper sleeps 4 comfortably, A queen bed, pullout couch and dining table that converts to a bed allows plenty of room for comfort.
Items included to make your trip easier.
For the kitchen, we have basic necessities, pot, pan, cutting board, 2 burner flat skillet, utensils, mugs, plates, bowls, small knives and can opener.
Also included is an outdoor rug, outdoor shower, hotdog roasters, RV toilet paper. Upon request we can provide linens, towels, up to 4 camping chairs and a lifetime table with foldable bench.
Absolutely no smoking of any kind!
Well behaved pets are welcome, however an additional $25.00 cleaning fee will apply. We ask that you please keep pets off the furniture and do not leave unattended. Any damages will be deducted from your security deposit.
Please do not use the awning if it’s windy or weather is bad. If you plan to go for a hike or are away from the camper for long periods please retract the awning before leaving, Colorado weather can change quickly.
We love camping and this camper is our home away from home! We ask that you kindly return the camper in the same state that you picked it up. We do not charge a cleaning fee, however if you bring it back excessively dirty we will charge a fee of $100.00
Gray and black tanks must be emptied before return.
Fresh water tank (45 gallons) can be filled before you arrive upon request.
If your traveling with children and would like some games and activities please let us know ahead of time and we can provide you with some.
