Basic pop up trailer. We love camping but just haven't had the time. We camp at sites, so use restroom facilities to shower, use restroom. We will meet you in a nearby location, help you attach to your vehicle and show you how to make turns and back up, if need be. We are offering at a reasonable price because we want folks to enjoy it as much a possible! Comes with absolutely everything for cooking, utensils, dishes etc.What's includedClean linens, warm cozy bedding and pillows. It has a fridge that hooks up and was bought after market, runs on propane. Has beautiful set of dishes, lots of cooking equipment. Propane stove is included, but we prefer to BBQ. Will provide a small BBQ, if your site doesn't have one. We are popping it up tomorrow as we just got back from a camping trip and will provide more pictures. Outside looks a little dirty, which we wash down, but the inside is very nice.RecommendationsWe've camped all over CA especially Big Sur and Santa Barbara. But other places as well. It's comfortable and reliable for tent/trailer camping. We can also send with extra tents one that sleeps 4 comfortable and a one man tent.Other things to notePets are fine, please make sure they aren't chewers of bedding, etc. and that they don't urinate in the trailer. And please, no smoking inside the trailer. The only things we aren't able to provide are sleeping bags and more than 2-3 camping chairs.

    What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

    A.

    We are pretty flexible, especially on weekends for pick up and drop off. However, my husband is home from work by 1:15 pm PDT. Pick up can be challenging, but he can leave work to make an appointment for a pick up. My husband is willing to locally transport and help set up, nominal fee and will negotiate.
