This is our 2nd edition to the family we call this one comfortable camping she has a separate bedroom theater seating, fireplace, Outdoor kitchen w/BBQ pit attached w/propane usage from the trailer No need to buy Cans outdoor shower, surround sound electric stabilizer jacks it has the the works! Plenty of storage makes you feel at home. FYI (has hookup for washer/dryer not currently in. 50 amp plug connection can reduce down to 30amp or 110v we have reducer bone for connect if not plugging into campsite. In this trailer you will be Warm in the snow or cool in the heat so everyone will be comfortable while making outdoor memories!What's includedFresh clean Bedding provided, basic cooking equipment, coffee maker, toaster, plate set serving for 4, 4 coffee cupsOther things to notePlease be good to her! No smoking inside no jumping on the roof
