• Fuel and Propane: To ensure a smooth return process, please refill the gas tank with unleaded fuel and the propane tank prior to returning the RV. If this is not done, you will be charged for the cost of the fuel/propane and a $99 service fee each for refilling.
• Waste Tank Dumping: For sanitary reasons, please ensure the waste tanks are emptied before returning the RV. A $299 dumping fee will apply if the tanks are not emptied.

• Pets: We welcome furry friends on some trips! Please obtain pre-approval for bringing any pets. An unapproved pet will result in a pet fee higher than $39 per day.

• RV Cleanliness: While we understand that RVs can get dirty on adventures, we kindly request that you return the vehicle in a reasonably clean condition, free of excessive dirt, trash, food, and stains. If the RV requires excessive cleaning upon return, a cleaning fee of $299 or the actual cost of professional cleaning, whichever is higher, will be applied.
