Insurance Coverage is provided on an excess (or secondary) basis – If there is damage, any guest’s primary insurance (whether personal or commercial insurance) will apply first and then the Outdoorsy Protection Package will be secondary or also known as excess. If there is no other policy in place that provides coverage, our policy will then be primary. No smoking/vaping/drug use. If any evidence of such is detected, your entire security deposit will be held until appropriate abatement is completed. You will be charged to fees for such, plus an addition $500 service charge. No climbing on the roof. If any evidence of such is detected, you will be charged for any damages plus a $500 service charge. No towing. No dry camping/boondocking/off-road camping. We love your furry friends. Dogs permitted with $150 non-refundable pet fee. Please provide us with the breed, weight and age of your dog at the time of booking. Excessive dog hair/urine/feces will result in a deep cleaning fee of $300. Evidence of an unauthorized pet will result in a $300 fee. Dogs may NOT be left in the RV alone unless in a locked kennel. You are responsible for any pet damage. Rig must be returned clean including the inside, storage areas, dishes, etc; trash removed and perform a general cleaning prior to return. Failure to do so will result in a $300 deep cleaning fee. Black/grey tanks must be emptied/flushed. Failure to do so will result in a $100 dump fee Additional charges will be assessed for any damages sustained to either the inside or the outside of the RV during the rental period. Obey all traffic laws. Maximum speed 65 mph. No driving outside the US. Failure to follow will result in termination of your rental and no refunds will be issued for early rental. Refunds of monies paid to Owner, or any other rental fee will not be given for late arrivals, early departures, inclement weather conditions, or early returns.
